- You get full access to an established and qualified IT Support Department at a fraction of the cost of either of the following; a maintenance contract, IT engineer call outs, or an IT member of staff. From the hours of 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday, City Service Days can be used to make this resource work for you. Once again…you get the idea, you are in full charge of how it’s used.
- There are no hidden or extra costs. You simply purchase your City Service Days in advance and use them as, and when, you like. Once you have used all your City Service Days up you can just buy some more. Every City Service Day is valid for 12 months.
