Our Customer Success Stories – Information Management
NetMonkeys’ Information Management Practice has successfully implemented Information Management Solutions to many customers. In each case, our customers have seen significant improvement in the efficiency and management control of the business and/or increased sales.
We work with our customers to really understand where inefficiencies and areas for business improvement are. We have then implemented and tailored standard Microsoft systems (notably MS Sharepoint 2007) to meet their requirements. Our major successes include:
SJM (The UK’s Leading Concert Promoter (Take That, Coldplay, V Festival etc)) – SJM manage approximately 2,000 events every year, and turnover approx £90m. Many of their events are major, outdoor shows involving large-scale collaboration and information sharing. We have implemented an internal portal for the management of all tour and event related information and documentation. This system has significantly streamlined the efficiency of all departments, and made substantial manpower savings. We have also implemented an external portal for the management and sharing of all event documentation to 500 external contractors, and an automated online press office. |
PJ Livesey Group (Builder of Prestigious Homes, with close to a £1billion turnover) – We have significantly increased sales effectiveness via a forms driven sales and mortgage enquiry solution. The simple to use system runs from all remote sites via a web browser, is workflow driven that triggers tasks in multiple departments. The system has significantly enhanced sales effort and customer responsiveness. Critically, the system provides high quality and timely reporting information to senior management. |
DGS Group (Installer of Resin Based Surfaces) – We have helped this fast growing company to minimize the office administration overhead with simple and efficient management of all key company information and documentation. Covering sales leads, proposal and sales pipeline management, technical documents and resource scheduling. |
Sapphire Systems (leading International IT company) – Sapphire Systems are a UK based company with offices in Manchester, London and the USA that implement high-end financial systems to medium to large organisations. We are currently implementing Microsoft Sharepoint 2007 for this major IT company to improve the processes around the management of sales and project documents and information. |
The Environmental Partnership (TEP) (Award winning environmental consultants) – after conducting a successful scoping study, we have recently been awarded a contract to implement a system to securely store, manage and workflow project documentation. TEP have approximately 60 staff that work intensively on the production of reports, drawings and other important client documentation. |
NetMonkeys – NetMonkeys use SharePoint internally to manage all sales and operational documentation, as well as using collaborative sites for cross discipline marketing of new service offerings. |
