Our Initial Consultation Workshops

All customers are different! Without knowing how you work, the main processes you undertake and the systems you use, our advice will be guesswork.

Customers are rarely IT experts! Without seeing new solutions in action and how they help, you will struggle to understand what we can offer you.

Therefore, our initial free half-day workshop is to develop a shared understanding between us. NetMonkeys would assign a very experienced member of our team to conduct this. Whilst the session is free, it can often be the most valuable.

The half-day workshop is offered to any companies that have attended one of our free seminars (or have had previous discussion with us) and providing that the workshop is attended by a senior decision maker within the company.

From here we can give you some high-level written advice as to what benefits you could gain, what it would take to achieve this and what the next steps would be. This will only be high-level at this point, but should be sufficient for you to decide whether to progress.

If nothing else, it will almost certainly educate you in where your existing shortcomings with information management are, why the issues are so vital and and educate you in what other companies are doing.
